Mercedes Benz E-class, C-class, GLK class, its chassis model 204, 207, 212 direction lock (ELV) is often damaged, its fault point is also common. 一、方向鎖電機損壞

首先確認問題，確認問題一般有兩種方法，一種判斷：將鑰匙插入鎖頭，會聽到方向鎖繼電器會工作，但是方向鎖無法解鎖（屬于電機損壞）。二種建議將鎖頭、方向鎖拆下，使用VVDIMB設備連接奔馳平臺，讀取方向鎖數據并檢測ESL是否損壞。若損壞則表示為方向鎖CPU問題，若提示正常則表示電機問題。

First, confirm the problem. There are generally two ways to confirm the problem. One is to judge: if you insert the key into the lock, you will hear that the direction lock relay will work, but the direction lock cannot be unlocked (it belongs to motor damage). Two suggestions are to remove the lock head and direction lock, connect the Benz platform with vvdimb equipment, read the direction lock data and detect whether the ESL is damaged. If it is damaged, it means the CPU problem of the direction lock. If it is normal, it means the motor problem.

一、方向鎖電機問題維修：

1、 Direction lock motor problem repair:

將方向柱鎖從車輛拆下，如果方向鎖為鎖死狀態，需要先將方向鎖手工解鎖。在紅圈位置切口，使用鋸條手工轉動方向鎖電機（往右旋轉），手工轉動到一定位置后，方向鎖即可手工解鎖。將方向鎖螺絲拆掉，按下彈簧螺栓將方向鎖取下。

Remove the steering column lock from the vehicle. If the steering column lock is locked, manually unlock the steering column lock first. Cut in the red circle position, use the saw blade to manually rotate the direction lock motor (to the right). After manually rotating to a certain position, the direction lock can be manually unlocked. Remove the direction lock screw and press the spring bolt to remove the direction lock.

方向鎖四角有四個銷釘，可使用自 制工具（也就是螺絲刀摸尖），砸進去之后旋鈕出四個銷釘。

There are four pins at the four corners of the direction lock. You can use a self-made tool (that is, a screwdriver tip) to smash it in and then turn the knob out of the four pins.

拆下后方向鎖電機明顯有燒黑痕跡，更換全新電機。

After the removal, the motor of the direction lock has obvious black marks. Replace the motor with a new one.

在安裝時需要注意兩點，一點此處有一開關容易卡住，在安裝時需要將開關頂回。二點此軸需要推回至起點或者終點，在扣蓋時，需要檢查此軸有無錯位。以上兩點有一點無按照要求裝配，都會導致方向鎖用一段時間后CPU鎖死。

Two points should be paid attention to during installation. One point is that a switch is easy to get stuck here, and it needs to be pushed back during installation. The two-point axis needs to be pushed back to the starting point or the end point. When the cover is buckled, the axis needs to be checked for dislocation. 二、方向鎖CPU鎖死維修（CPU鎖死一般有三種維修方法）：

2、訂購全新鎖頭與綠鑰匙，重新學習鑰匙。訂購時間長，價位昂貴。
